CPS Defense

We provide CPS Defense. If you find that CPS has interviewed your children or have made contact with your family regarding an investigation, you are entitled to have an attorney present during the interview. Get legal representation before you meet with the Department and do not sign anything before reading and understanding what you have been asked to sign. These are time sensitive cases and you need to make sure you understand the process. If you are unable to afford an attorney ask for a court appointed attorney.
